Our world needs human beings that support other human beings to become better in anything they want to do. Better humans, for themselves, for the communities they belong, for the environment, for the World. 

I want to see organisations that people are looking forward to working for, organizational cultures where people are valued, happy and are flourishing, because leaders think and care for others, leaders care about themselves, the environment. I want to see leaders who create more leaders. Leaders with a vision who live their company values, purpose, mission. Leaders that know how to connect their minds to their hearts. 

And in order for us, as leaders and humans, to connect our mind and heart and ultimately build better organisations, we need to be self-aware. So that we can acknowledge where we are and the areas we want to intentionally grow, change, or focus our energy on.
